Methods of Payment
We accept Visa,
Master Card and American Express credit cards. If you do not have a credit card
you can call us at (813) 477-9488 and place your order. We have a secure server
for placing secure credit card orders. Make sure your card number and expiration date
are entered correctly.
Order Confirmation
When you are finished with your order you can then print it out in order to have a copy on file for your personal use. If you enter a valid email address you will also receive an email message confirming your order.
Shipping
We ship our products by UPS, and common carriers. Additionally, you have the option to have your order shipped to a different address from the billing address. Please make certain that you select and click the proper box for a different shipping address. Rerouting a package will incur an additional shipping charge.
Returns
We offer replacement
on all items that are received damaged, have defects or have been incorrectly shipped. We are
not responsible for, and we will not replace returned candles that have been burned
inappropriately. Because we pour candles to order, we do not change
our fragrances. Please make your selection carefully.
Any
damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. In the event
that the outer shipping carton has been damaged you should report it to UPS or the
carrier and file a claim with them. UPS or the carrier company will then
reimburse us so that we can offer you a replacement or a refund. We must
approve all returns by phone, (813) 477-9488 or through the "Contact Us"
on our website. You will be given a RMA number, which must be written, on
the outside of the box. Any item that is returned without authorization
will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned that is not
damaged, the incorrect product or refused, will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
